This book is a must read for foodies, historians, etymologist, or anyone interested in where the foods we know and love got started and why they’re named as such.  Highly entertaining, informative and some times funny.  Broken up into small sections so it’s a great coffee table or waiting area book.  Covers the gamut of breakfast, drinks, ethnic cuisine, deserts, cheeses and even sauces and spices.  Great light read.
